Ananda Yoga was born in 2010 from a simple yet profound belief — that every human being deserves a sanctuary. Founded by Guru Meera Devi, a classically trained yogini with over 25 years of practice, our center has grown from a small room with 5 students to a thriving community of over 2,000 practitioners.
We blend the timeless wisdom of classical Indian yoga with modern therapeutic understanding. Our approach is not about perfecting poses — it is about deepening your relationship with yourself.
